Swing maps without spider webs

3 May 2026

A Market Structure Lab drill that limits how many highs and lows you are allowed to mark in one session.

New structure students often mark every wick. The map becomes unreadable, and pattern talk turns into noise. In the lab we hand out a one-page rule: only mark a swing if it held through two session opens.

The first evening feels sparse. By evening three, participants usually see ranges and trends more clearly because the clutter is gone. Bring that constraint into your own journal for a week before arguing that “the market has no structure.” Often the structure was hidden under your own lines.
