Data we collect
- Inquiry form fields: name, email, workshop interest, preferred dates, message
- Booking and invoicing details once a seat is confirmed
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (when analytics cookies are accepted)
- Correspondence you send by email or phone
Purposes
We use data to answer inquiries, confirm seats, issue invoices, improve classroom logistics, and — with consent — understand aggregate site traffic. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
We process data where needed to take steps toward a contract (workshop booking), where we have a legitimate interest in operating a training business securely, or where you consent (optional analytics cookies).
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no booking follows. Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by Thai accounting rules, typically up to seven years. Analytics data is retained according to the tool’s configured window, usually 14 months or less.
International transfers
If we use email or analytics providers with servers outside Thailand, we rely on contractual safeguards and provider assurances appropriate to the transfer. You may ask for more detail at hello@panel-ambercore.click.
Your rights
