Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid seats in the Chart Pattern Masterclass, Market Structure Lab, Private Chart Mentoring, and related deposits. It does not cover goods we do not sell (software licenses, signal subscriptions, or shipped products).

Eligibility window

• Full refund of fees paid (excluding non-refundable items below) if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the workshop or lab start date.
• Partial refund of 50% of fees paid if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the start date.
• No refund of tuition for cancellations inside 7 days, no-shows, or departures after a workshop has begun, except where AmberCore cancels the event.

Deposits

The THB 5,000 seat deposit is credited toward tuition. It is refundable under the full-refund window above. Inside the partial window, the deposit is applied toward the 50% retained amount. Inside 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.

Mentoring sessions

Mentoring fees are refundable in full if cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full; you may reschedule once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Non-refundable items

• Printed chart packs already produced for a named participant after the materials cutoff (usually 5 days before class)
• Third-party venue fees when a private group booking required a prepaid room (itemised on the invoice)

AmberCore cancellations

If we cancel a workshop for instructor illness, venue failure, or insufficient enrolment, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid or a transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Rescheduling

Subject to seat availability, you may move once to a later published intake if you request the change at least 7 days before the original start. Additional moves are treated as cancellations under the windows above.

Work already started

Once a workshop day or mentoring session has begun, that day’s fee is considered earned. Remaining unused lab evenings may be discussed case-by-case if AmberCore must interrupt the series.

Process & timing

Email hello@panel-ambercore.click with your booking name, workshop title, and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the original bank-transfer method within 14 business days. Card processors are not used on this website.
