Terms of use
Terms governing use of the AmberCore Training website and workshop inquiries.
Acceptance
By browsing panel-ambercore.click or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site and contact us only by other means after reviewing a signed workshop agreement.
Training services
AmberCore Training offers educational workshops and mentoring on chart pattern reading and market structure. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm dates, fees, and deposits in writing.
No investment advice
Content and classroom discussion are for education. They are not personalised investment advice, solicitations to buy or sell securities, or guarantees of trading results. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Intellectual property
Course materials, printed packs, board photos, and site copy belong to AmberCore Training or its licensors. You may keep personal notes from a workshop you attended. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute cohort PDFs or printed packs without written permission.
Website use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse forms for spam. We may refuse service where conduct is abusive or fraudulent.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, AmberCore Training is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from workshop attendance or reliance on educational materials. Our aggregate liability related to a paid booking is limited to fees you paid for that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or workshop contracts, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
